Cool idea from a New York-based architect, John Locke, who has 
transformed phone booths into Libraries where people can put books they 
longer want or browse used books to catch up on some reading. Apparently
 the concept is based on a similar project that was popular and 
successful in the UK. This street intervention is part of his department of urban betterment project also known as Dub002
